    We are looking for a minimum commitment of 3–6 months to ensure stability for our residents. Hours are flexible and can be coordinated around your school or work schedule, typically requiring 4–10 hours per week.

    Housing Coordinator & Resident Advocate (Volunteer/Internship)

    Blossym Hearts Home is a growing supportive living organization dedicated to serving veterans and seniors in Central Virginia. We are seeking a mission-driven Housing Coordinator to join our founding volunteer team. This role is perfect for a BSW/MSW student or a community leader looking to gain experience in nonprofit operations and "Housing First" models. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply to help us expand our reach to the Spanish-speaking community.
