Data and Impact Analyst

The Younger Legacy Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit building education, family stability, and community wealth from Garfield Heights, Ohio, with partners and volunteers serving across the United States and worldwide online.

Funders fund what they can see. Our analyst turns program activity into outcome stories with clean numbers behind them: students served, kits delivered, mentoring hours, housing and employment outcomes, and the trend lines that prove growth. You build simple dashboards, clean program data, and draft the impact summaries our grant reports and partner decks carry.

Requirements: spreadsheet mastery, comfort with data cleaning, and the storyteller's instinct for which number matters. Experience with nonprofit or education data is a plus.
