Description
The New Client Intake Assistant is responsible for supporting the role of the New Client Coordinator, who sets up program services, referrals and other important tasks for new Turning Points clients.
The New Client Intake Assistant has the following responsibilities.
- Creating new Client ID
- Entering new client data
- Complete application requests for Florida Legal ID
- Complete application requests for Florida Birth Certificates
- Process Bikes requests
- Process Bus Pass requests
The New Client Intake Assistant must be able to multi-task under very busy conditions; be organized and proficient at documenting, monitoring and tracking client information and follow HIPAA guidelines.
