    Description

    Job Description: Responsible for the management, technical support, and optimization of the Google Drive platform within the Google Workspace ecosystem. This role ensures proper organization, secure access, and efficiency in file management and digital collaboration across the organization. Candidates should also have basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies, including the ability to utilize AI-driven solutions to improve workflow efficiency, organization, and productivity.

    Time Involved: 3–4 hours/month including the 1-hour monthly committee meeting held via Zoom.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage folder structures, permissions, and access within Google Drive.
    • Provide technical support to users on Drive usage, file sharing, and troubleshooting.
    • Implement best practices for organization, naming conventions, and file storage.
    • Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline document management, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance collaboration processes.
    • Stay informed about AI trends and recommend practical solutions that support organizational efficiency and innovation.
