Description
Serve Once More: Honor a Fellow Veteran in Their Final Chapter
There is a unique bond between those who have worn the military uniform—a shared language of duty, honor, and sacrifice. For a terminally ill veteran in hospice care, the presence of a fellow service member brings a level of trust, peace, and understanding.
Join our Veteran-to-Veteran Volunteer Program to ensure no veteran completes their journey alone.
