    Description

    Volunteering as an Ombudsman is more than just an opportunity – it’s a commitment to making a real difference in the lives of people living in long-term care. Our volunteers provide a vital presence in nursing homes, assisted living, and other care settings, ensuring residents have someone looking out for their rights, concerns, and well-being.

    If you have a background in conflict resolution, hospitality, social work, law, customer service, or advocacy, you already have the skills to be a great volunteer ombudsman. Your experience, empathy, and dedication can change lives.
