Al-Ihsan Canadian Islamic University is officially seeking a high-caliber, exceptionally organized Technical Project Manager / Lead Systems Architect to assume full operational oversight of our flagship Datepalm An-Nakhla Platform (ADAP) ecosystem.
As the university rapidly expands its global footprint to serve a diverse student body matriculating from all over the world, our executive office requires an elite technical leader to manage our distributed volunteer development teams. Acting as the direct bridge between the Office of the President and our engineering cohorts, you will orchestrate the deployment of our advanced web architectures, UI/UX asset pipelines, and secure integrated systems.
🛠️ Core Responsibilities / المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- Team & Codebase Coordination: Manage, oversee, and review the technical contributions of frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and SEO specialists (including candidates specializing in local component optimization).
- System Deployment: Architect and establish a streamlined repository workflow (leveraging platforms like GitHub or centralized deployment environments) to ensure continuous integration without development conflicts.
- Portal Management: Direct the modular construction of our five core foundational platforms: Qur'an & Tajwīd, Hadīth & Sunnah, 'Aqīdah (Islamic Creed), Fiqh & Uṣūl, and Arabic Language & Sciences.
- Direct Executive Reporting: Interface directly with the executive leadership team to translate institutional goals into immediate, high-performance sprint objectives.
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile / المؤهلات المطلوبة
- Demonstrated experience in technical project management, Agile methodologies, or leading distributed development squads.
- Proficiency in establishing clean version control workflows, repository architectures, and modular component distribution to prevent development overlaps.
- Excellent organizational fluency, profound patience, and the structural clarity required to lead international teams across multiple time zones.
- Deep respect for academic excellence and foundational text-critical scholarly platforms.

يتطلب هذا الدور القيادي قامة إدارية متمكنة تتولى الربط المباشر بين مكتب رئيس الجامعة والفرق الفنية المتنوعة (من مصممي واجهات المستخدم ومطوري الواجهات الأمامية وخبراء تحسين محركات البحث). وتشمل المسؤوليات: إدارة وتوزيع المهام البرمجية للمنصات الخمس التأسيسية، وإعداد مستودعات برمجية منظمة تضمن سلاسة العمل المشترك دون تداخل الكود، وتقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا. ويُشترط في المتقدم امتلاك خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المشاريع البرمجية، والقدرة العالية على التنظيم والأناة لقيادة الكوادر التقنية حول العالم.
