    VOLUNTEER Weekly Food Pantry Warehouse Volunteer - Mahwah, NJ

    Center for Food Action is looking for reliable, hands-on volunteers to join our Mahwah warehouse team and help us get food ready for local families.

    Warehouse volunteers help keep our food pantry running smoothly by unpacking and sorting food, organizing donations, weighing donations, scanning products, and assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed.

    Available Shifts

    Choose one recurring weekly shift:

    • Monday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
    • Tuesday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
    • Wednesday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

    We are looking for volunteers who can commit to the same day each week. You do not need to volunteer all three days.

    What We’re Looking For

    This is an active, physical volunteer role. Volunteers should be comfortable:

    • Being on their feet for the full five-hour shift
    • Bending and reaching throughout the shift
    • Lifting up to 25 pounds
    • Working as part of a team in a warehouse environment

    Closed-toe shoes are required.
