1. Christian Administrative Assistant

Help keep our mission organized and thriving!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with emails, scheduling, and ministry communications
• Maintain donor and volunteer records
• Support coordination of online and in-person events
• Prepare simple reports and updates for leadership

Qualifications:

• A heart for ministry and attention to detail
• Basic computer and communication skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Must be a follower of Christ, committed to prayer and integrity

1. Christian Event Coordinator

Bring people together for the Kingdom!

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage ministry events (local and virtual)
• Coordinate mission trips, fundraisers, and community outreach
• Work with pastors, partners, and volunteers to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Experience or interest in event planning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Creative, reliable, and led by the Holy Spirit

1. Christian Prayer Partners (Phone Volunteers)

Be the voice of comfort and faith to those in need of prayer.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and return prayer calls from individuals seeking spiritual support
• Pray and intercede for ministry needs and upcoming events
• Join weekly or biweekly prayer meetings

Qualifications:

• A dedicated prayer life
• Compassionate listening and confidentiality
• Access to a quiet space and phone

1. Christian Travelers to Israel

Walk where Jesus walked and serve where faith began.

Opportunities include:

• Join faith-based trips to Israel to connect with local ministries
• Support outreach and humanitarian projects
• Represent Ectrotter.org on international mission experiences

Qualifications:

• A heart for Israel and biblical understanding
• Willingness to travel and serve
