Volunteers may assist with event setup/load-in, unloading supplies, table/station coverage, registration support, backpack distribution, crowd guidance, media/content capture, general event assistance, and post-event breakdown/load-out.

Description

We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable volunteers to support Changing Lives’ Back 2 School Drive 2026, a community event providing backpacks, school supplies, and resources to local youth and families in need

Volunteers will assist with various event-day responsibilities, which may include:

Event setup and breakdown

Backpack and supply organization/distribution

Registration/check-in support

Crowd guidance / line management

Assisting families and children throughout the event

Supporting vendor/resource tables as needed

•General event support to ensure smooth operations

Volunteer Qualifications:

Positive attitude and willingness to help
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working in a fast-paced community event environment
Able to stand/walk for extended periods (preferred but not required depending on role)
Must be respectful, professional, and family-friendly
