    Rose Garden Corps

    The Rose Garden Corps has been beautifying the Inez Grant Parker Memorial Rose Garden since it’s creation over 40 years ago. Rose Garden Corps volunteers help the City of San Diego Parks and Recreation Department to maintain the Rose Garden, which is an extraordinary asset to Balboa Park. Join today to be a part of this proud history.

    Rose Garden Corps Are:

    • Over the age of 18
    • Passionate about Roses
    • Able to walk, bend and kneel
    • Recognize and report irrigation issue
    • Volunteer in assigned work areas
    • Attend Monthly Meetings on the third Tuesday of every month
    • Bring clippers, gloves, weeder and bucket
    • Able to make a 1-year commitment of one shift per week
    • Background Check Required
