    Engage in habitat restoration on San Francisco's waterfront

    Help Golden Gate Bird Alliance (formerly Golden Gate Audubon) Restore and Maintain Habitat on San Francisco's Waterfront!

    As part of our ongoing efforts to restore wetlands in San Francisco Bay, we continue our efforts at Pier 94. Activities include non-native invasive plant removal, tending to previous winter plantings, shoreline trash pickup, and planting fall though winter. The site is home to a variety of birds. Sign up online at least 2 days before event. Wear closed-toe shoes and long pants/shirt, hat and/or sunscreen, bring water, dress for weather. See Volunteer page on GGBA website. COVID-follow latest published rules.
