    Description

    The Family Support Specialist provides trauma-informed, community-based services to children, youth, and families referred through DCFS and partner agencies. This role focuses on family stabilization, safety, and strengthening protective factors to prevent system involvement and support safe reunification when applicable.

    The Specialist works directly with families in home and community settings, delivering individualized support, resource coordination, and skill-building services aligned with DCFS service plans
