Client Mentor Volunteers: Daytime & Evening hours available

The Clearinghouse Call Center is the heart of Love INC where Christians offer hope, help, and a hand up to freedom to people in need within our local communities.

Call Center Volunteers serve as Client Mentors, who conduct the initial client intake, connect with clients by phone weekly, and guide clients through the action plan. As clients journey through the program, the Call Center Volunteer provides any needed resources, follow-up information, support, encouragement, and prayer.

Volunteers don't need to be licensed social workers or have a college degree, Love INC will train you at your pace, so you are equipped to volunteer. If you are a Christian interested in helping our community, then please apply. Volunteers are asked to serve weekly and can volunteer during the day or in the evening. Here's our schedule:

Volunteers Schedule

Monday evenings: 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm (Admin Volunteer, Client Mentor, Intake Volunteer)

Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday daytime: 10:30 am to 2:00 pm. (Client Mentors, Intake Volunteers)
