    Description

    The Limitless Potential Coach at CrowdDoing Pro Bono Coaching Collective is dedicated to helping clients unlock and embrace the boundless possibilities within themselves. This role is about encouraging individuals to transcend perceived limitations, explore new horizons, and achieve beyond their current scope. This is an unpaid, virtual volunteer role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients’ perceptions of their limitations and potential.
    • Guide clients in redefining their self-imposed boundaries and expanding their belief in what's possible.
    • Develop tailored coaching strategies to help clients explore and realize their untapped potential.
    • Use transformative coaching techniques to foster a mindset of growth, exploration, and endless possibilities.
    • Assist clients in setting and pursuing ambitious, expansive goals.
    • Provide support and guidance as clients experiment with new ideas, skills, and approaches.
    • Offer resources and exercises to cultivate creativity, innovation, and a limitless mindset.
    • Celebrate each breakthrough and milestone with clients, reinforcing their journey towards unleashing their full potential.
    • Maintain a supportive, encouraging, and confidential coaching environment.
    • Participate in ongoing learning and development to stay abreast of the latest in personal development and coaching.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or related fields with a focus on personal growth and potential.
    • Strong inspirational and motivational skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Understanding of techniques for expanding self-awareness and breaking through mental barriers.
    • Empathetic and empowering approach to coaching.
    • (Optional) Relevant certification or training in coaching, psychology, or personal development.

    Time Commitment:

    Flexible, based on client needs and coach availability.

    This role is ideal for coaches who are passionate about inspiring others to explore the endless possibilities within themselves and to strive for extraordinary personal and professional achievements.

    Company Description

    CrowdDoing.world, a joint initiative of Match4Action Foundation and Reframe It, is a platform for individuals to connect and collaborate toward creating systemic change. We manage skilled volunteers, micro-leadership volunteers, multi-disciplinary volunteers and groups of service learning volunteers through a 501c3 partnership to challenges of social innovation, the social enterprise sector, and systemic change. CrowdDoing's impact venture lab leverages research and development in collaboration with volunteers to build new social innovations. Our themes across all of our research revolve around leverage for impact. We harness these learnings to support external social enterprises and focus on four main areas: Anti-Poverty, Mental & Physical Health, Sustainability, and Service Learning (Education). CrowdDoing aims to support social innovations with transformative impact potential through global multi-disciplinary volunteering, micro-leadership and service learning.
