    Description

    Neighborhood of Affordable Housing, NOAH, is seeking a dedicated AmeriCorps Volunteer in Service to America member to serve as a NOAH Resource Development VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America)

    The role will focus on capacity-building aimed to increase potential funding awards, as well as Community Investment Tax Credit (CITC) donations to NOAH, in-turn supporting NOAH’s Housing stability, strengthening its community initiatives, and building organizational capacity.

    Specific duties will include: Developing donor management and stewardship systems; Creating grant research and tracking tools; Building sponsorship and partnership infrastructure; Developing fundraising workflows and procedures; Establishing volunteer-to-donor engagement strategies; Supporting development of communications and storytelling tools that strengthen donor engagement
