Volunteer Financial Analyst

Overview:

The Volunteer Financial Analyst provides data-driven insights into TROA’s financial health, identifying opportunities for efficiency, risk reduction, and growth. This role supports decision-making with detailed analysis and projections.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data for trends and opportunities.
• Support budget planning, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Create reports for the CFO and Board on KPIs and performance metrics.
• Evaluate project funding, donor campaigns, and cost-benefit outcomes.
• Assist in risk assessment and strategic financial recommendations.
• Maintain dashboards and data visualization tools for leadership.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong background in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Advanced Excel or data analytics proficiency.
• Experience in forecasting and performance modeling.
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking abilities.
