Description
Invisible Warriors is looking for a community-driven Fundraising Volunteer to help identify, plan, and execute events in the Huntsville area that raise awareness and support for women veterans.
Responsibilities
- Research local fundraising and awareness event opportunities.
- Coordinate event logistics including venue selection, materials, and volunteer coordination.
- Engage local businesses and partners for sponsorships and donations.
- Promote events through community networks to build participation and visibility.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong event planning or fundraising experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, mission-focused team.
Time Commitment
- 5–8 hours per week depending on event cycles.
- Hybrid role: local presence required for in-person events.
