    The Role

Lead the planning side of our marketing. You will help shape campaigns, keep our content calendar organized, and support a small volunteer content team. This is a strategy and coordination role, not a full time production role.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate volunteer content creators and review work against brand standards
    • Support fundraising and awareness campaigns from concept to launch
    • Draft or edit marketing copy for email newsletters, landing pages, and outreach
    • Pull monthly performance reports and recommend adjustments

    Qualifications

    • Experience or coursework in marketing, communications, business, or public relations
    • Organized and comfortable managing timelines and other people's deadlines
    • Strong written communication
    • Nonprofit, agency, or campaign experience is a plus but not required

Programs You Should Know (or Be Willing to Learn)

Canva, Google Workspace, Mailchimp or similar email platform, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, project management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion), and basic analytics.

    Time Commitment

5 to 10 hours per month (about 1 to 2 hours per week). Remote and flexible. This is an unpaid volunteer position.

    What You Get

Leadership experience you can put on a resume, portfolio ready campaign case studies, direct exposure to nonprofit marketing strategy and compliance education, and a letter of recommendation for volunteers in good standing. Excellent for anyone building toward a marketing manager, brand strategist, or nonprofit communications role.
