Seeking a Microsoft 365 Whiz to Set Up Our Visual Brand and Improve our User Experience

Peace Through Action USA is seeking a volunteer who is a "whiz" at setting up and centrally distributing and deploying Microsoft 365, Office, Share Point sites, and Teams centralized themes and interfaces; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint themes; and Outlook/Exchange email stationary and signature blocks.

The volunteer should have experience as a Microsoft domain administrator with prior success setting up and stocking organization assets libraries, group policy objects, and distributed and deployed templates.

This project will help our people maintain fidelity to our visual brand across our Microsoft environment. The project will help our sole staff with many mission support responsibilities, including information system management, seamlessly and quickly set up new users and make adjustments to themes and templates centrally rather than user-by-user.

We current have an established visual brand, several Office templates, a Microsoft 365 portal, and various MS licenses.

This project will free up resources to then allocate more staff time to mobilization of volunteers to deliver our peace skills training and action planning activities to their communities.
