Join the Springwell Volunteer Team as a volunteer Ombudsman and become an advocate for residents in local long term care facilities.

Ombudsman volunteers act as advocates at long-term care facilities working to ensure that the residents’ rights are being protected and helping residents with problems that they are unable to resolve alone. Do you want to make a real difference by improving the quality of life for long-term care residents? We are seeking individuals who are empathetic, diplomatic, and skilled communicators to join an amazing group of dedicated Ombudsmen! At Springwell we cover all Nursing Homes and Rest Homes in 22 towns: Ashland, Belmont, Brookline, Dover, Framingham, Holliston, Hopkinton, Hudson, Marlborough, Natick, Needham, Newton, Northborough, Sherborn, Southborough, Sudbury, Waltham, Watertown, Wayland, Wellesley, Westborough, and Weston.

We have an immediate need for volunteers in the Westborough area.
