We are seeking a visionary, passionate, and dedicated Co-Executive Director to join our leadership team on a volunteer basis. Working side-by-side with the Founder and Executive Director, you will co-lead the strategic direction, operational management, and community impact of the International Humanitarian Action for Integrated Development (IHAID).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Leadership: Co-develop and execute the organization's strategic plan, programs, and vision.
    • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, legal compliance, and organizational growth.
    • Community Engagement & Partnership: represent IHAID at local events, build strategic alliances with community partners, and enhance our local footprint.
    • Fundraising & Advocacy: Assist in grant writing, fundraising campaigns, and digital advocacy to support our core missions.

    Required Qualifications & Background

    • Location: Must currently reside in the state of Nevada, with a strong preference for candidates living in or near Reno to facilitate local networking, events, and in-person collaboration.
    • Non-profit Expertise: Proven experience in the non-profit sector with a strong mastery of 501(c)(3) rules, governance, operations, and compliance in the United States.
    • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Professional proficiency or fluency in French and/or Haitian Creole is highly preferred to support our international communication and advocacy.
    • Legal Standing: Must have a clean legal record with no criminal history or legal issues in the United states (a standard background check may be required).
    • Commitment: A strong alignment with humanitarian values, civic responsibility, and sustainable community development.

    What We Offer

    • A powerful opportunity to co-lead and leave a lasting footprint on an international humanitarian organization.
    • A highly collaborative, respectful, and purpose-driven working environment.
    • The chance to expand your network within the Northern Nevada community and international aid sectors.
