We deliver to different Apartment Buildings once or twice a month, you can either go to one apartment building once or twice a month or visit multiple, volunteering once a week.

Description
Be the friendly face welcoming neighbors at local apartment communities when UCOM delivers mobile food pantries. Your presence helps seniors feel respected, organized, and cared for.
In this role, you will:
- Greet residents and confirm registration or assist with approved walk-ins
- Manage check-in and intake using Salesforce
- Ensure new client and USDA forms are completed
- Maintain an orderly flow and monitor the room for safety
- Communicate calmly and respectfully with older adults using a trauma-informed approach
- Follow food safety guidelines
- We’re looking for someone patient, dependable, and comfortable in busy environments who wants to make a meaningful difference for local seniors.
Position Requires: Strong ability to use computers, Personal Transportation(off-site travel)
