About PDRS

The Psychological and Developmental Relief Society (PDRS) is a Gaza-based charitable organization providing humanitarian, psychological, and developmental support to communities affected by war and displacement.

PDRS operates with U.S.-based fiscal sponsorship, providing an established framework for building partnerships, fostering collaboration, and supporting our broader charitable activities.

We are looking for a U.S.-based volunteer who is interested in contributing their experience, perspective, and ideas as we strengthen our engagement and develop new relationships in the United States.

How You Can Contribute

• Help identify relevant organizations, initiatives, and community opportunities in the U.S.
• Share ideas and practical perspectives that can strengthen our outreach and engagement.
• Support communication and relationship-building efforts with potential partners and communities.

The role will be collaborative, and the volunteer will work directly with members of the PDRS team.

This opportunity may be especially relevant to people with an interest or experience in community engagement, nonprofit work, partnerships, communications, social impact, or humanitarian initiatives.

Familiarity with diverse communities and professional or community environments in the United States is welcome and can bring valuable perspective to the role.

Working Together

This is a fully remote and flexible volunteer opportunity. The volunteer will collaborate directly with members of the PDRS team, with the scope of involvement shaped around their interests, experience, and availability.
