    Description

    Support Service Coordinator

    Support Service Coordinators provide support services to young adults 18-24 that are at risk or exiting the foster care system. The service coordinators assist with employment, leadership development, financial literacy, coaching and mentorship. Volunteering gives an opportunity to support our youth as they transition into adulthood.
