Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the dance theatre's goals and values.
• Plan and schedule engaging content across various platforms, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand image.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts into overall promotional campaigns.

Content Creation and Curation:

• Create visually appealing and compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Curate user-generated content and showcase behind-the-scenes glimpses of rehearsals, performances, and the artistic process.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure alignment with the dance theatre's artistic vision.

Community Engagement:

• Monitor social media channels for audience comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and fostering positive interactions.
• Foster a sense of community among followers through interactive campaigns, challenges, and discussions.
• Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and relevant communities to expand reach and collaboration opportunities.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and provide regular reports on key insights.
