    Description

The Alleviate Foundation is a nonprofit working to close the digital infrastructure gap for nonprofits and NGOs globally.

Across the Alleviate ecosystem (including Alleviate.org platform and programs), we’ve engaged thousands of organizations across multiple countries. The insight is consistent: organizations closest to the world’s hardest problems often lack access to the systems and funding needed to scale their impact.

We are building a new kind of support model — combining digital tools, capacity-building, and funding access — to help these organizations become fundable, scalable, and sustainable.

As we begin to increase our visibility and outreach, we are looking for a volunteer to support content creation and light social media execution — particularly on LinkedIn.

    Project Scope

In this flexible, part-time volunteer role, you will:

    • Support creation of LinkedIn posts (based on ideas and content we provide)
    • Create simple visuals/graphics to accompany posts (e.g., Canva)
    • Help ensure alignment between:
      • Website messaging
      • LinkedIn content
      • Outreach narrative
    • Occasionally suggest content ideas or improvements

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong writing and communication skills
    • Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
    • Attention to tone and messaging consistency
    • Interest in nonprofits, storytelling, or global development

    Time Commitment

    • Flexible, ongoing support
    • Estimated: 2–4 hours per week
    • Fully remote

    Why This Matters

Clear, consistent communication is critical to building trust with funders, partners, and the broader ecosystem.

Your work will help shape how the Alleviate Foundation is perceived — and support efforts to grow visibility, partnerships, and impact.

    What You’ll Gain

    • Experience building a nonprofit brand and voice
    • Exposure to global development and social impact work
    • Opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, mission-driven initiative

    How to Apply

    Please share:

    • A brief note on your interest
    • Any relevant experience (writing, social media, design, etc.)
    • (Optional) Examples of past work

This is a flexible opportunity to contribute meaningfully while building experience in nonprofit communications and storytelling.
