    Description

    PLACEMENT PURPOSE

    Assist the American Red Cross Mission by education community members, organizations and agencies to prevent and prepare for emergencies.

    OPEN TIME DAYS

    • Flexible
    • Commitment will depend on scheduling of community preparedness education opportunities and availability of volunteers
    • Approximately 2 to 4 hours per presentation or booth event
    • Suggested minimum of 4 times a year

    REQUIRED TRAINING

    • Red Cross Orientation
    • One on one training
    • Learn local disaster hazards and history
    • Community Disaster Education
