    Description

    Licensed Cosmetologists Needed for Hospice Patient Visits in San Diego Area

    Please join our team at Salus Hospice and add your special touch to our patients. When you look good, you feel better! Help add the sparkle and share the joy that makes that happen with those who need it most. Our patients have limited mobility and are unable to go to a salon. You can make a difference by performing a haircut or style to help someone maintain their dignity at the end of their life.

    Volunteer opportunities located throughout San Diego, with a one-time training session required at our San Diego Office.

    We will work with your schedule.

    Requirements:

    • fill out all necessary paperwork for your file including a copy of your driver's license and auto insurance
    • attend a 4 hour training orientation
    • complete a background check
    • receive a TB test (unless you have had one in the past 6 months)

    Cosmetology License Required as well as a Training Orientation at our San Diego office.
