We are looking for a dedicated and strategic Program Manager to join our leadership team. This is a high-impact, volunteer-led role for a professional who is passionate about youth development, project execution, and building a stronger workforce in Burundi.

    What You Will Do

    • Lead & Execute: Oversee the lifecycle of career guidance programs, mentorship sessions, and networking events.
    • Coordinate: Act as the central point of contact for our volunteer team (mentors, trainers, and support staff) to ensure projects move smoothly.
    • Drive Impact: Track project milestones against our 2029 goal and implement adjustments to maximize our reach.
    • Collaborate: Partner with the M&E and Communications teams to ensure our programs are well-documented and effectively communicated to our stakeholders.

    Who You Are

    • A Strategic Thinker: You have experience in project management and understand how to take a program from an idea to a successful, real-world execution.
    • A Natural Leader: You are comfortable working with and motivating teams in a volunteer environment.
    • Organized: You are proficient in planning tools (Trello, Asana, or Excel) and thrive in environments where logistics and timing are key.
    • Mission-Driven: You are deeply committed to the professional development of Burundian youth.
    • Languages: Fluency in english is essential; french proficiency is a strong advantage.
