Join Our Mission – Front Office Volunteers Needed (Spanish-Speaking) 🌟

We are a nonprofit specialty clinic serving Orange County, dedicated to providing high-quality, specialized care to underserved communities. At the same time, we’re committed to helping our volunteers gain hands-on experience, build skills, and grow in a supportive healthcare environment.

We are currently seeking 3–4 motivated volunteers to assist with front office operations, including:

• Scheduling appointments
• Checking patients in and out
• Answering questions and phone calls
• Handling faxes and basic administrative tasks

Spanish fluency (spoken and written) is required to effectively serve our patient population.

Time Commitment

• Flexible hours
• Preferred availability: 3–4 hours per shift, 2–3 days per week

Commitment & Growth Opportunity

• Initial commitment of 3 months
• Volunteers who demonstrate strong performance and wish to stay involved may be considered for a paid position, during or at the end of 3 months at the clinic’s discretion

Experience

• Prior front office experience in a medical or eye clinic is a plus
• No prior experience? No problem—we’re happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn
