    Role Description

    The Outreach Coordinator plays a key role in expanding the reach and impact of Sisters in Christ: Women of Purpose, Daughters of Promise. This servant‑leader will support outreach efforts, build meaningful relationships, and help connect women and community partners to the ministry’s programs and mission.

    This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, enjoys community engagement, and feels called to serve God and women through faith‑based outreach.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Identifying and developing new outreach opportunities with churches, women’s ministries, nonprofits, and community organizations
    • Strengthening and maintaining relationships with existing partners
    • Representing the ministry at virtual and occasional in‑person outreach events (as available)
    • Supporting outreach campaigns, community engagement efforts, and ministry initiatives
    • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure outreach efforts align with ministry goals
    • Helping expand the organization’s national presence through intentional relationship‑building

    Qualifications

    • Strong relationship‑building and networking skills
    • Experience in outreach, community engagement, partnership development, or ministry work
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
    • Passion for faith‑based service and alignment with the ministry’s mission and values
    • Familiarity with nonprofit or ministry environments is helpful
    • Ability to work independently, proactively, and effectively in a remote setting
    • Proficiency with digital communication tools and online collaboration platforms
