Position Summary
Supports outreach and engagement with high net worth donors by assisting with communications, tracking, and documentation. Helps prepare outreach materials and maintain donor records. Works under supervision to support relationship-building and fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with donor outreach communications and scheduling
- Support preparation and customization of donor outreach materials
- Track donor interactions, follow-ups, and engagement history
- Maintain organized and confidential donor records
- Collaborate with team members on relationship-building initiatives
- Revise materials based on feedback from team leads
- Assist with internal reporting and documentation
- Participate in training and development activities
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
