Description
Team: Mothering Convention
Location: Remote / Near Sandy, Utah
Commitment: Minimum 3 hours per week (remote), one team meeting per week (remote) & All day Oct 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah.
Unpaid Volunteer Role
Key Responsibilities
- Helps define budget;
- Works with Vendor ChairMom to price vendor booths;
- Helps determine price of admission tickets;
- Keeps the books;
- Sends invoices as necessary;
- Follows a system for determining who qualifies for what amount of scholarships.
Time Commitment & Expectations
- Dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week to duties and outreach.
- Attend weekly meeting with Mothering Convention Team
- Attend Mothering Convention all day event, October 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah
- Communicate proactively if circumstances impact your ability to fulfill responsibilities.
