    Volunteer Guardian in Hunterdon County

What if you needed help and there was no one there to assist you?Right now there are people in your area that need help making basic life decisions. As a Volunteer Guardian you can make a world of difference to your neighbor in need.

A guardian is someone who has been appointed by the court to make decisions and take actions for another person who is not able to make decisions for themselves.A guardian is not a caregiver but makes arrangements to ensure the person receives the proper level and type of care, soliciting as much input from the person as possible.

If you are interested in making a difference in someone’s life and would like to be a volunteer guardian, please let us know.

Time varies per opportunity, but we do require at least one monthly visit.Additionally, there is an orientation session and on-line training prior to becoming a guardian.

We are looking for volunteers in Hunterdon County.
