Certified Health Coach

The Certified Health Coach is responsible for guiding individuals and groups participating in our programs toward healthier lifestyles through personalized wellness planning, health education, behavioral coaching, and ongoing motivational support. The Health Coach works collaboratively with healthcare providers, community partners, and wellness teams to help our participants achieve sustainable improvements in physical, emotional, and nutritional health.

This position requires strong communication skills, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to motivate diverse populations toward long-term health and wellness goals. The Certified Health Coach serves as an advocate, educator, mentor, and accountability partner for clients seeking healthier lifestyle outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of helping clients achieve measurable health outcomes.
