Help Transform a Youth Empowerment Curriculum for Girls in Uganda
Rukundo International is seeking a creative volunteer with curriculum design and/or graphic design skills to help transform an activity-based youth curriculum into a polished, engaging training manual for our Girls Empowerment Program in rural Uganda.
This curriculum will be used by teachers and mentors working with girls ages 10–16 to build confidence, leadership, and life skills.
About the Project
Rukundo International has a text-transcribed version of a youth empowerment curriculum designed for East African youth that uses games, group activities, and sports analogies to teach healthy decision-making, leadership, and personal responsibility.
The curriculum has already been painstakingly transcribed from a scanned manual, and we now need a volunteer to help turn this text into a visually engaging, easy-to-use training guide for teachers and mentors in Uganda.

Time Commitment
Estimated 15–30 hours total, flexible schedule.
The work can be completed remotely from anywhere.
Why This Matters
The final curriculum will be used to train mentors supporting girls in rural Uganda through Rukundo International’s Girls Empowerment Program, which has already served 1,700+ girls.
