    Volunteers can join us any time between 9am to 2pm on the day of the event. We will have a variety of different tasks for volunteers, but our main job will be to pack and distribute 150 bags of fresh, healthy food from local farmers and businesses.

    CMI Local Food Box Giveaway November 4th 2026

    Help feed the Hungry! Community Markets Inc. is feeding 150 families on Wednesday November 4th, 2026! Volunteers are needed to help set up our equipment, to unload the food as it arrives from our farmers, to pack the food into bags and to distribute the food to local community members as they arrive.

    Minors may volunteer provided that they have a parent or guardian accompanying them who is responsible for the minor whilst volunteering.

    Volunteers are advised that they may need to bend down and lift up to 20 pounds. Some roles may require volunteers to lift more.
