Global, Multilingual, Peace Education Community Platform Designer

Community Platform Designer -

Our platform, The Global Compassion Network, or GCN (hosted on Circle), is currently used by over 1.700 of our 40,000+ students and Alumni (compassioncourse.org). This year we are seeking to expand and streamline our Circle platform to include more of our global partner community.

We're seeking a thoughtful, reliable individual or team to help redesign our space to be more efficient, more fun, and to better serve our members.

This role may be a fit if you:

• Have completed (or deeply engaged with The Compassion Course, Nonviolent Communication, the work of Marshall Rosenberg, or the work of Thom Bond.
• Care about creating spaces where people can have a life-changing experiences and are seen and heard in a low friction environment.

What you’ll do:

• Assess and re-configure our flows based on existing content and spaces that accommodate multiple levels of access
• Setup communications continuity with text, email and DM
• Setup Media Library, blogs , and course delivery

Qualifications:

• Community Management Experience Required
• "Circle" platform experience a BIG PLUS
