    Description

    Stay Active & Independent for Life (SAIL) Instructors offer accessible and fun classes that are proven to reduce falls and decrease social isolation. Instructors will be asked to teach one class a week on Whidbey Island.

    SAIL training offered online after completing Island Senior Resources (ISR) volunteer onboarding.
