Description
Responsibilities:
- Engage with community members to share information about CITCA’s programs and services
- Represent CITCA at outreach events, tabling opportunities, and local gatherings
- Facilitate sign-ups for programs and help onboard new participants
- Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations and resource providers
- Collaborate with other volunteers to identify outreach opportunities and improve engagement strategies
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a passion for community building
- Comfortable speaking with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience with outreach, customer service, or community organizing is a plus—but not required
- Multilingual volunteers are encouraged to apply
