    Instructions:

Thank you for your interest in joining CITCA’s Community Outreach Committee! To help us get to know you better, please complete the application form and respond to the questions provided.

If you have any relevant materials—such as outreach samples, flyers you’ve created, social media posts you’ve helped craft, or certifications in alignment with the role—you’re welcome to upload them. Preferred formats include PDF, PNG, or links to public posts or portfolios.

No formal experience required—just a passion for connecting people and building community. If you’re unsure what to submit, feel free to share a short paragraph describing a time you helped someone access a resource, navigate a system, or feel more connected.

We look forward to learning more about you!
