    Pitch Coach - Volunteer Mentor

    Volunteer Mentors Needed - 2026 SCI Youth Grant Pitch Contest

    Social Capital Inc. is seeking adult volunteers passionate about sharing skills with young leaders for the 2026 SCI Youth Grant Pitch Contest! Mentor a youth team as a Pitch Coach to develop & refine their pitch, slide deck, and budget proposal for up to $2,000 to implement a community project. Make a lasting impression on Greater Boston youth and their communities through two months of weekly, one-hour coaching sessions! Apply at bit.ly/SCI-volunteer.

    The SCI Youth Grant Pitch Contest is a free program that empowers young leaders to develop, pitch, and implement community projects that address pressing issues affecting their peers by providing youth in Greater Boston with:

    • Funding to execute their visions for strengthening their communities
    • Development of Career Skills such as public speaking, budgeting, project management, and team collaboration
    • Bridging Community Connections to like-minded peers & professionals across the region that helps grow their network
