    Description

    Marketing & Content Fellowship — B2B Business

The LoveSetMatch Workforce Fellowship Program connects high school and college students with meaningful, real-world business experience — no computer science degree needed. Our inaugural fellowship is with SPIN.AI, where fellows will work directly to support the VP of Marketing on real B2B marketing initiatives.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a growing tech company actually markets itself to other businesses — not just how it builds technology. Fellows will gain supervised, project-based experience over approximately three months while building a professional portfolio, references, and real B2B business fluency.

This is a selective, cohort-based opportunity. Joining the applicant network does not guarantee placement.

What Fellows Will Actually Work On:

    • Content creation (written, graphic, and video)
    • LinkedIn strategy and business social media
    • Marketing research and competitive analysis
    • B2B outreach and communications
    • Supporting campaign and brand projects

    Who Should Apply:

    • Students interested in marketing, communications, business, design, or media — from any major, not just technical or computer science students
    • High school students curious about business/marketing careers
    • College students seeking real B2B marketing exposure, mentorship, and portfolio work
    • No prior professional marketing experience required — we're looking for people who are dependable, curious, and eager to learn

    Skills That Help (not required):

    • Interest in graphic design or video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
    • Comfort writing or communicating clearly
    • Curiosity about how businesses market to other businesses (B2B)
    • Basic familiarity with LinkedIn or social platforms

    Instructions:

Here are step-by-step application instructions for volunteers:

    How to Apply

    1. Join the Applicant Network first. This is required before you can submit a full application — visit https://lovesetmatch.org/workforce/ and click "Join the Applicant Network." This step lets LoveSetMatch learn about your school, interests, and career goals, and does not guarantee placement.
    2. Complete the Full Fellowship Application. Once you've joined the network, submit your full application here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfGTcC95ksAKACHd2omC-I07NCxyJTy2C-UkWHktZYYxaPEqQ/viewform
    3. Be ready to share your resume, availability, relevant skills or work samples (writing, design, video, social media — whatever you've got), and short answers about your interests.
    4. Wait to hear back. LoveSetMatch will review applications for the current SPIN.AI fellowship and future opportunities. Not every applicant will be matched right away, but staying in the network keeps you eligible for future cohorts.
    5. Interview, if selected. Strong matches may be invited to meet with LoveSetMatch and/or SPIN.AI directly.
    6. Begin your fellowship. Selected fellows complete approximately three months of supervised, project-based work supporting real marketing and business initiatives.

Note: Please complete Step 1 before Step 2 — applications submitted out of order may be invalidated.
