    Austin has over 1,100 miles of storm drains and 30,000+ inlets that carry rainwater from our streets to our rivers. Help protect our water and minimize flooding by adopting a drain! Adopting is voluntary; commit to clearing the drain at least twice a month, especially before and after rain. Adopt or Mark a Storm Drain | AustinTexas.gov
