    Description

    Outreach Team Coordinator

The Animal Pad all-breed dog rescue is looking to build back up our Outreach Team, and we are in need of some all-star Outreach Coordinators to help us do that! As we bring more and more dogs into the rescue, the need for a solid Outreach team becomes even more crucial. The Outreach Team Coordinators, under the direction of our amazing Outreach Director, will:

    • Help with outreach for other rescue departments that need something - ie. sourcing new partner vets to work with, wheelchair offers/discounts, finding vendors or items for the Events team, posting needs to Nextdoor/FB, working on adoption/foster recruitment flyers, etc.
    • Coordinate group volunteer opportunities/come up with the activity/task that will be performed during said volunteer opportunity
    • Coordinate bi monthly or monthly outreach events for volunteers to put together supply bags for the homeless with pets community
    • Assist with school presentations and assembly program
    • Generate leads for organization/business/celebrity collaborations or potential grant opportunities
    • Work with our Behavior Team to form new Board & Train Partnerships

There are opportunities for various types of Outreach Coordinators, including:

Foster Outreach Coordinator - The main focus is getting more fosters to apply with TAP and ensuring that our current/past fosters feel well taken care of!

Adoptions Outreach Coordinator - The main focus is drawing in new adopters and introducing them to TAP, as well as getting feedback from past adopters!

Communications Outreach Coordinator - We're looking for someone personable and trustworthy to take charge of all of our reviews (Yelp, Google, FB, etc.), including responding to them, as well as following up with adopters post-adoption, sending out surveys, etc. This is a purely admin position and will be an ongoing Outreach role.
