Description
Life Space is seeking friendly, dependable volunteers to serve as Event Coordinator Assistants at our monthly Life Space Marketplace, a community wellness event that helps neighbors improve their health through seminars, classes, and local resources.
As an Event Coordinator Assistant, you will help ensure our seminar sessions run smoothly so attendees can focus on learning practical ways to improve their health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure speakers are set up and ready before their seminar begins
- Help speakers with basic setup and coordination
- Count and record seminar attendance for each session
- Assist speakers with audience questions if needed
- Help maintain an organized and welcoming seminar environment
