    Position Overview:

    The Administrative Volunteer will support the day-to-day operations of [Nonprofit Organization Name] by performing a variety of administrative tasks.     • Support volunteer coordination efforts, including scheduling, follow-ups, and maintaining volunteer databases.
    • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ordering new materials as needed.
    • Handle any additional clerical tasks that contribute to the effective functioning of the organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
