Because we are a medical office and our volunteers are privy to fragile patient information and spend time with our staff, we do require them to - do an onboarding process, fill out an application, fingerprinting, a tb test and an orientation.

When we receive notification of your interest to volunteer, we will send you our application bundle. Please fill all of the pages out and return with 2 forms of ID.

It is a simple process but a necessary step in us knowing who you are and you knowing who we are. We represent our company well with excellence and you will be part of this company.
