    Description

Coral Gables Plogging at Chapman 2026

Celebrate the 2026 Greatest American Cleanup season on Saturday, April 18, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Chapman Field Park, located at 13600 SW Guadalajara Street, for KCGB’s 6th annual Plogging event!. Volunteers will jog or walk through the mangrove trails, collecting litter to prevent it from re-entering the ocean.

What is plogging? It’s a fun, eco-friendly workout that combines jogging (or walking) with plocka upp — Swedish for “picking up” litter. Move at your own pace while making a difference.

Let’s clean up and get moving! Don’t forget to bring a reusable water bottle, closed-toes shoes, and sunscreen. Cleanup supplies will be provided by KCGB and Miami-Dade County.

Volunteer hours are available upon request.
