Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our team to brainstorm creative video concepts for campaigns and social media
• Edit raw footage into compelling, emotionally engaging stories
• Combine visuals, music, voiceovers, and text to create short videos that support fundraising and awareness efforts
• Design video content that reflects our mission and encourages our supporters across platforms

Requirements:

• Experience using video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro etc
• A creative eye and passion for crafting purposeful, narrative-driven content
• Ability to work with varying footage quality and still produce strong emotional stories
• Comfortable taking feedback, meeting deadlines, and working independently or in a remote team
